What do you do?
I work on the MIND project, focusing on placemaking and personal services.
What are the goals of your commitment?
My goal is to develop services for MIND’s tenants following the project timeline, considering site phases, population growth, changing needs, targets and spaces. And working on the whole Common Ground and temporary placemaking activities.
What role does innovation play in your job?
Innovation in my work is, banally, not being at the computer all day. It’s interfacing with different situations every day, creating projects and exchanging ideas, growing as a professional in a unique context in Italy, being one of the first Minders, and being able to recount the project story almost from the beginning.

What added value have you received or would you like to receive from your presence in MIND?
I had the opportunity to meet multiple organisations and create innovative projects in a facilitative and forward-looking environment.
How do you imagine the future of MIND?
I imagine a city (a district for some), a place of creativity, exchange and opportunity. A space for innovation, sustainability and growth.
